    Tips for HTML authors

    • Control page breaks with break-before: page or break-inside: avoid on sections and table rows.
    • Set page size and margins with @page { size: A4; margin: 15mm; }.
    • Use @media print to hide navigation, buttons and other screen-only elements.
    • Embed logos as data URIs (<img src="data:image/png;base64,…">), since external files are not loaded for pasted HTML. Our Image to Base64 tool creates them.
    • Use web-safe or system fonts; embedded @font-face fonts as data URIs work too.

Why some pages can’t be converted

Pages behind a login (webmail, banking, social media feeds) can’t be reached by the converter. Some sites block automated visitors or build their content with heavy JavaScript that takes too long. For these, open the page in your own browser and use Print → Save as PDF instead.

    How your data is handled

The page is rendered on our server in an isolated browser with no access to anything else, and the resulting PDF is deleted as soon as it has been sent to you. Pasted HTML and uploaded files are deleted at the same time.

To make the result smaller, use Compress PDF, and to add a signature, use Sign PDF.
